In his role, Jon oversees the strategic direction, performance, and alignment of revenue-generating operations, with a primary focus on driving growth and adoption of Crexendo’s software as a service and cloud solutions tailored for unified communications, collaboration and customer experience. Prior to his tenure at Crexendo®, Jon held key leadership positions, notably as vice president of North America Channel at Avaya, where he successfully navigated the transition to cloud-based solutions, culminating in over $1 billion in annual sales. In addition, Jon has served in various senior executive roles at Mitel, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company as the second-largest global provider of unified communications as a service.
