Josh Hoot has been in the telecommunications industry since 2015 starting out as an I&R technician. In his years in the industry, he has added certifications in Comp TIA Network+, Switchvox programming, ESI programming, Calix services and security technician. In 2021, he took on the title of assistant outside plant supervisor.
