Madison Cappabianco is a professional engineer and vice president at Monte R. Lee and Company and serves as the vice president of ACE. She has two engineering degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Madison services MRL’s client base in assisting with FCC auction analysis and various grant applications. She is a past FCC auction participant and has assisted in FCC Mobility Fund Phase II testing. She also serves as an FTTH design specialist and OSP coordinator.
