Mano Koilpillai is responsible for the overall financial health of NTCA and all affiliated entities, including financial plans, records, budgets, reporting, accounting processes, internal controls and regulatory compliance. Mano has extensive financial management experience that has crossed industries, including nonprofit, Big 8 consulting, Fortune 50 and government. Before joining NTCA, Mano was the founder and president of Dynamic Consulting and Accounting LLC, a financial consulting firm that served primarily nonprofits and associations. Mano’s nonprofit and association experience additionally includes financial leadership roles at Defenders of Wildlife, National Women’s Law Center, the Internet Society and the Washington Scholarship Fund. She holds an MBA in finance from George Washington University and is a certified public accountant.
