Meghan O’Brien

Policy Coordinator

Meghan O’Brien assists with researching and drafting responses to federal cyber initiatives and provides coordination and support to the NTCA Rural Broadband PAC. Meghan also assists with managing state coordinators during the NTCA Legislative and Policy Conference, and she provides daily project and logistical support to the NTCA’s lawyers and lobbyists. Meghan previously worked for two associations, where she managed their membership programs and corporate partnerships. Meghan has also worked as a paralegal at various law firms in the Washington, D.C., area. She graduated from Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in media studies with a concentration in journalism. She also holds a Paralegal Certification from George Mason University. Meghan is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies with a Specialization in Cybersecurity from the American University Washington College of Law.
