Pam Becker, CFRE serves as the executive director of the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS), the philanthropic arm of NTCA. As executive director, she oversees the foundation’s fundraising, programs and outreach efforts that enhance the quality of life in rural areas. Becker joined FRS after many years raising private support for higher education, science research and health care non-profit organizations in Southern California.
