Scott Gardner

Scott Gardner has been with the organization for 17 years serving as the savings plan services manager, retirement services manager, director of pension services and in his current role as the vice president of pension services. Scott holds the certified financial planner designation and worked as a financial planner prior to joining NTCA. He earned his MBA from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC, and has served as adjunct faculty for both Western Carolina University and Mars Hill College teaching classes in finance and financial planning.
