President, JSI
Steve Meltzer is the president at JSI where he has been employed since 1977. Steve plays an active role in the operations of JSI as well as in the development, coordination and presentation of various JSI seminars. In addition, Steve is active in several rural telecom organizations, including serving on the board of the Foundation for Rural Service. He also participates on the National Exchange Carrier Association’s Cost Issues Task Group and Rate Development Task Force and is involved with the advocacy efforts of NTCA and the other associations in conjunction with the Joint Association Group. Steve is a graduate of the American University, earning his B. S. in management and technology.
