Tamber Ray advises NTCA rural broadband providers on federal telecommunications and copyright issues. Prior to joining NTCA in 2018, Tamber worked for several Washington, D.C., area law firms where she specialized in Internet surveillance and online copyright infringement. She has spoken at several NTCA and industry conferences and published multiple articles on copyright issues affecting Internet service providers. She graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor's degree in Radio/TV and Political Science and received her JD from Howard University School of Law and an LLM in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School.
