Taylor Holland

Manager of Strategic Communications

Taylor Holland is the manager of strategic communications for NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association. Since joining the organization in 2022, Taylor has worked to write and publish Bandwidth, the organization’s weekly newsletter, as well as other communications critical to achieving the goals of NTCA and its members. Previously, he served as chief of staff to the chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors and worked as a reporter at newspapers in Alabama and Washington, D.C. Taylor graduated with a journalism degree from the University of Alabama and earned his master's in public administration from George Mason University.
