Rachel Rathore is the Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman Bob Latta. She serves as the primary telecommunications policy advisor for the Congressman, who is the Republican Leader of the Communications and Technology Subcommittee on the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Rachel played a key role in drafting the Precision Agriculture Connectivity Act [P.L. 115-334; Farm Bill] to prioritize broadband needs in rural, agricultural lands and helped establish the Rural Broadband Caucus. She is an Ohio native and holds a BA in political science and geography from Miami University (OH). |
