All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations submitted by close of business on May 24, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between start of business on May 25, 2019 and close of business on June 21, 2019 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on June 22, 2019 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.

NTCA Rural Broadband PAC Event: Celebrating 50 in the Twin Cities

During an era when things were not always what they seemed, St. Paul was more than a quiet, picturesque river town. This tour of the “untouchables” that busted kegs and hustled thugs off to the hoosegow during the days of prohibition, will showcase the place where one local gangster blew up a rival, see where Dillinger had a shoot-out with St. Paul police and pass the former most-exclusive speakeasy in the area. This city tour with a unique twist includes a stop along the route at the Landmark Center, the once famous site for gangster trials and the Wabasha Street Caves. The “caves,” once a mushroom-growing business in the 1800s, turned into a nightclub and restaurant in the 1930s where bands such as the Dorsey Brothers and Cab Calloway played and some of the most notorious gangsters visited.
The Minneapolis−Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) is approximately seven miles/18 minutes from the Radisson Blu Mall of America hotel. There are two terminals at MSP: Terminal 1-Lindbergh and Terminal 2-Humphrey. The terminals are accessed off separate roadways, so it is important to know which terminal you will fly in or out of.
