Job Description

NTCA is seeking a benefits enrollment specialist to join our benefits team.  Our benefits enrollment team  is responsible for maintaining participant and company records in our benefits enrollment and billing system.  The candidate will provide administrative assistance to member companies and NTCA staff on benefits program eligibility,  participant and company enrollments and billing issues.

Position requires advanced computer skills including high accuracy in data analysis and a strong proficiency in customer service.  Research, analysis and problem-solving skills needed.  Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and 2-3 years of work experience with accounting and/or employee benefits desired.
