Btel is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be the driving force of Btel’s brand and growth strategy. The Marketing Manager is the leader of idea generation and execution. You will be part of a creative thinking and data analytics team responsible to produce marketing and advertisement impressions in support of Btel’s broadband, video & voice solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Creative thinker and idea generator with the ability to examine data and make effective marketing decisions toward perfecting the customer experience
• Strong emphasis on market development and revenue growth
• Produce creative marketing and advertising campaigns and materials with relevant impressions across multiple mediums
• Research, analyze, summarize and make informed, strategic decisions based on findings with short and long-term focus
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to determine feasibility of market entry
• Consistently measure the success of marketing efforts to track and trend results for future efforts
• Develop and execute comprehensive annual and ongoing Marketing Plans for community events, promotions and advertising
• Sustain and enhance Btel’s social media presence with the ability to cater to a variety of customer demographics
• Utilize Business Intelligence and other software solutions to produce deliverables with the ability to use analytic tools to demonstrate the need and plausible outcome
• Organize, arrange and coordinate events to ensure Btel’s brand is well-known
• Work with outside vendors to make selections, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely and quality deliverables
Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements
• Proven leadership ability with an emphasis on autonomous decision making with tangible results – both financial and performance based
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their purpose and effectiveness as it relates to target marketing products & services
• Knowledge of BSS, OSS & CRM tools
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision
• Confident public speaker with the ability to deliver the message to a diverse audience
• Must have the ability to plan several months in advance
• High proficiency with MS Office applications and Graphic software
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s (required) or master’s degree (preferred) in Marketing or Advertising
• A minimum of 10 years of related work experience
Desired Skills or Tools
• NISC, Salesforce or other CRM tools, Calix Cloud
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge or Adobe In-Design
• Understanding of the telecommunications industry
