Job Description

NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association is looking for a candidate to join its member relations team.  We are looking for an experienced individual to promote NTCA membership and participation in the Association’s benefit programs through on-site visits and presentations to both employee groups and board members.  Ideal candidate will have experience building relationships at all levels in the organization, communicating with decision makers and other stakeholders and a background in human resources or employee benefits.  Ability to think strategically about benefit plan design and serve in a consulting role to assist members in planning and designing benefits to meet their evolving organizational needs is a must.

Position requires ability to work independently with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Power Point.  Advanced presentation and communication skills are required.  Basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry is helpful. Undergraduate degree and 4-7 years of related work experience needed. 70% travel required with ability to work from home and service the territory including California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
