Registration Policy

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all in-person conference events.  

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.   

What is included in conference registration? 

Member and nonmember registration includes access to all on-site conference events, including all sessions, receptions, entertainment and networking events. Spouse registration may be purchased for a spouse, partner or significant other of a primary registrant, and must accompany a primary member or nonmember registration. Spouse registration includes access to receptions, spouse sessions and general sessions.

*Additional fee applies to attend special events by the Foundation for Rural Service and NTCA Rural Broadband PAC. Both primary registrants and guests are invited to attend special events. Register for special events when you register for the meeting. 

Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via Member Central or email to [email protected]. Cancellations submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 20, 2026, will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between July 21, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. ET on August 17, 2026, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted on or after August 18, 2026, and unclaimed registrations are not eligible for a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another employee to attend the same conference but cannot be used to cover the cost of other NTCA events.
