Expo at RTIME attracts more than 2,200 key decision-makers, including executives from independent, community-based broadband companies. The expo brings you face-time opportunities with your existing and potential customers.
The expo sells out every year. Sign up early to reserve the booth space of your choice. Booth purchase must be done through the NTCA exhibitor portal.

Exhibit
Space on the expo floor provides a home base for your company representatives to set up shop and talk one-on-one with key decision-makers from the rural telecommunications industry:

What is included in your booth purchase:
- Two conference registrations, with access to all sessions, receptions, and entertainment events, with the option to purchase additional conference registrations at a reduced rate
- An advance listing of preregistered attendees
- A final attendee list after the meeting
- Carpeted exhibit hall; 10'x10' booths include 8' high black drape and 3' side rails with booth identification sign

- Listing on the NTCA mobile app and on-site materials

NTCA has partnered with Freeman to manage your expo needs. An exhibitor service kit will be published this fall that includes a catalog of options available to customize your booth, along with instructions on how to order booth essentials.
By purchasing a booth in the RTIME expo hall, I understand that I am applying for exhibit space and that the 2027 Rules and Regulations available during the booth purchase process becomes a binding contract upon acceptance of this application by NTCA. I agree to abide by all exhibit terms, conditions and regulations set forth in this application/contract. I further understand that NTCA may reject this application for any reason, in its sole discretion.
Please note that horizontal endcaps are not allowed, as the 8’ backing drape runs vertically from the entry doors. Booths may not build over 12’ in the 2027 exhibit hall due to ceiling height. Additional information on height restrictions for inline and island booths, and on required permissions for height exemptions, is available in the Rules and Regulations document.

Housing
Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims
There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NTCA and offer a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. The only official housing booking site is through NTCA. If you are contacted by anyone else, let NTCA know at [email protected].
Note: The housing link will be sent to Star Partners in late October. Housing will be posted on the RTIME website and open to everyone November 2026.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Cancellations made in writing by Friday, October 31, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations Saturday, November 1, or later and no-shows will be charged in full. Refunds, credits and adjustments may be issued after the meeting.
