Registration Policy    

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all in-person conference events.  

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. 

What is included in conference registration?  

Member and nonmember registration includes access to on-site conference events including all sessions, reception, roundtables, breakfasts, lunches, and networking events.

Best-Value Package includes a full on-site registration and access to recordings of all breakout sessions following the conference.

Spouse registration may be purchased for a spouse, partner, or significant other of a primary registrant, and must accompany a primary member or nonmember registration. Spouse registration includes access to meals, the welcome reception, and any general sessions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy    

All cancellations must be submitted via Member Central or email to [email protected]. Cancellations submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, May 18, 2026, will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between Tuesday, May 19, and 11:59 p.m. ET on June 19 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted on or after June 20 and unclaimed registrations are not eligible for a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another employee to attend the same conference but cannot be used to cover the cost of other NTCA events.
