Member Relations Territory Updates Effective March 2, 2026

We're making several updates to our Member Relations territory assignments as part of an ongoing effort to ensure consistent support for member companies nationwide.

MRM Territory Map 2026

As the Member Relations team prepares for anticipated retirements, continued growth, and expanded initiatives, NTCA recently reviewed service territories to balance workloads and align team capacity with long-term member needs. These thoughtful adjustments are designed to maintain the level of personalized service members expect—now and in the future.

What This Means for Members
Beginning March 2, 2026, the following Member Relations Manager transitions will take effect:

  • Minnesota members will transition from Melanie Jore to Dennis Renowski as their primary Member Relations Manager.
  • Missouri members will transition from Dennis Renowski to Marlene Sanders.
  • Alabama members will transition from Jeff Yarbrough to Sheryl Vogle.

Each transition is being carefully coordinated to ensure continuity of service, and outgoing and incoming managers are working closely together to support a smooth handoff.

Meet Your New Member Relations Managers

  • Dennis Renowski has supported NTCA member companies in Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin for nine years and brings decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. He is well-versed in NTCA programs, benefits resources, and member education and looks forward to serving Minnesota members.
  • Marlene Sanders brings more than 11 years of experience supporting NTCA member companies, with deep expertise in employee benefits and member engagement. She is eager to serve as the primary point of contact for Missouri members and continue building strong member relationships.
  • Sheryl Vogle has supported NTCA members across multiple states and programs for more than six years. A familiar face at NTCA events, she looks forward to partnering with Alabama members and supporting their ongoing needs.

Our Commitment Remains the Same
While individual assignments may change, NTCA’s commitment to responsive, relationship-based service does not. Member companies and their employees continue to be supported by a deep bench of experienced Member Relations Managers dedicated to personalized support. Members are encouraged to reach out directly to their Member Relations Manager with questions. NTCA looks forward to continuing these relationships and hopes to make in-person introductions at RTIME.
