Marlene Sanders, member relations manager, is from Goddard, Kansas, and serves NTCA members in Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma. She joined the NTCA team in January 2015. Prior to that, she spent many years working in the telecommunications industry serving in human resources leadership roles and handling a wide range of responsibilities. While working as an account manager with an insurance broker in Wichita, Kansas, Sanders further developed her love of educating groups on benefit programs and sharing how these programs bring value to the work life experience. She is happiest when working with NTCA members and benefit plan participants, learning about challenges and goals, resolving issues, and developing strategic plans and solutions to help companies meet their goals.
