Annual R&S Program Benefit Statements
Available March 31 in Pension Point
The 2025 R&S Program Annual Benefit Statements will be available to participants in Pension Point beginning March 31, 2026.
Please encourage employees to log in and review their statements. If any of your employees have not yet created a Pension Point account, educational resources are available to help them get started.
R&S Program Annual Statement Data for Employers
By March 31, 2026, the primary contact for your company (typically the General Manager or CEO) will receive a secure email from [email protected] with the subject line:
Your 2025 R&S Program Statement Data
This email will contain a secure SharePoint link with a spreadsheet listing the R&S Program annual statement information for each participant at your company. The link is only accessible by the email recipient. If the message is not received by the end of the business day, please check your junk or spam folders.
Annual R&S Program Funding Notice
Required Distribution by April 30
The latest R&S Program Annual Funding Notice is available in the Program Descriptions and Disclosures section of the NTCA website.
Federal law requires that this notice be downloaded and distributed to all eligible employees by April 30.
Failure to distribute the notice may result in monetary penalties.

Annual True-Up Billing
Your R&S Program bill for 2025 true-up contributions is available to view, download and print on My NTCA Benefits. The estimated salary shown on the bill reflects the participant's 2025 estimated salary. If your company had a mid-year contribution change, you will see one true-up amount that reflects the true-up contribution for all periods in 2025.
