(June 3) In a meeting with staff to FCC Chair Brendan Carr, NTCA discussed its recently proposed method for defining locations subject to pending Enhanced A-CAM support adjustments. The association also discussed potential next steps for streamlining of rules as part of the commission’s “Delete Delete Delete” proceeding, and the need for updates to rules to promote technology transitions in rural areas.
