(Aug 17) In reply comments, NTCA once again supported a petition for reconsideration filed by the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates (NASUCA) seeking retention of Lifeline support for stand-alone voice service. Citing NTCA's previous comments and those of other industry segments, NTCA noted that the record support NASUCA's request.
