NTCA Proposes Verification and Challenge Process Improvements for FCC Mapping Rules

(Oct 7) In comments filed in the FCC’s mapping proceeding, NTCA stated that now is the time to assess what existing processes in the agency’s mapping rules have not worked to find and correct mistakes.  Absent a course correction, current inaccuracies in the National Broadband Map threaten to become “calcified” and ultimately to become ensconced in critical decisions that will affect consumers’ access to broadband service.
