(February 19) In reply comments filed with the FCC, NTCA proposed a regulatory framework for IP interconnection for voice services. NTCA’s reply comments stress the need for this framework to be adopted before any dismantling of the existing TDM interconnection rules to protect universal service and the reliability of calls for rural consumers.
