(February 20) In comments filed with the Office of Management and Budget, NTCA stated that certain NG911 rules adopted by the FCC would impose costs on its members, despite indications from the latter to the contrary. The comments noted that the commission relied on uncited guidelines that conflict with the law and, in doing so, underestimated the burden these rules would impose on small businesses.
