(Aug. 2) In a filing with the FCC, NTCA recommended amendments to the commission's letter of credit rules that would reduce burdens on broadband providers. NTCA proposed methods by which the FCC could achieve this goal while maintaining standards that safeguard the integrity of its support programs and continue to offer incentives to providers to meet their buildout requirements.
