NTCA Suggests Dozens of Rules for FCC Deletion

(April 11) In an FCC proceeding seeking comment on unnecessary or ineffective regulations, NTCA proposed several rules for possible elimination, pruning or streamlining.  As NTCA stated, these rules are outdated, unnecessary, unduly burdensome or inconsistent with their governing statutory authority.
