(February 2) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA supported a request filed by Hilliary Communications seeking to overturn a wireline bureau determination that some of its locations are served only by a competitor for purposes of finalizing support under the Enhanced Alternative Connect America Cost Model (A-CAM) program. As NTCA stated, nothing in the Enhanced A-CAM order justifies or enables the kinds of changes to support made by the bureau.
