On April 11, 2018 NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association filed an ex parte with companies at the ICC such as, AT&T, Windstream, Frontier, Verizon, CenturyLink, ncta-the internet & television association, Advocates for Rural Broadband and USTelecom, on CC Docket Number 01-92.
