Allen Hoopes is vice chairman of the NTCA Board of Directors and a Northwest Region director. Allen is a graduate of the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University with a three-way degree in finance, marketing, and operations. He lives in Thayne, Wyoming with his wife, Jamielyn. Together they have raised five children and are delighted to have a son-in-law and one grandchild. Allen is Chairman and CEO of Silver Star Communications, a rural telecommunications company that has been in his family since 1956.
