Registration
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Registered attendees are emailed their login information to participate in conference events a few days prior to the event.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive the early-bird or regular price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected].
Cancellations submitted by close of business on November 12, 2020 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between November 12, 2020 and close of business on December 3, 2020 will receive a refund of 50% of the conference registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on December 4, 2020 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
