Registration Information

All conference attendees must register in order to attend virtual conference events. Registered attendees will be sent an email with log in information to participate in the events by Monday September 14, Noon p.m. ET.

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment.  To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected].

Cancellations submitted by close of business on August 20, 2020 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between August 21, 2020 and close of business on September 10, 2020 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on September 11, 2020 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
