Expo sales are open to Star Partners beginning Tuesday, March 5, at noon ET. Expo sales open to all other exhibitors beginning Tuesday, March 12, at noon ET. Booth purchase must be done through the NTCA exhibitor portal.

Exhibit
Space on the expo floor provides a home base for your company representatives to set up shop and talk one-on-one with key decision-makers from the rural telecommunications industry:

What is included in your booth purchase:
- Two conference registrations, with access to all sessions, receptions, and entertainment events, with the option to purchase additional conference registrations at a reduced rate
- An advance listing of preregistered attendees
- A final attendee list after the meeting
- 10'x10' booths include 8' high black drape and 3' side rails with booth identification sign
- Quality time with telco decision makers during the Broadband Executive Luncheon
- The official NTCA RTIME logo to use for advertising in print, online and social media
- Listing on the NTCA mobile app and on-site materials
- Conference Wi-Fi. (Exhibitors may order a dedicated Internet line through the Exhibitor Kit, available in October 2024.)
- Opportunity to participate in prize drawings to generate booth traffic
- Security in the exhibit hall
What is not included in your booth purchase:
- Carpet (Expo hall space is not carpeted, but flooring may be required for all exhibits)
- Audio visual
- Cleaning services
- Electric/power
- Furniture (table, chairs, counters)
- Shipping
- Material handling
NTCA has partnered with Freeman to manage all of your expo needs. An exhibitor service kit will be published this fall that includes a catalog of options available to customize your booth, along with instructions on how to order booth essentials.
By purchasing a booth in the RTIME Expo Hall, I understand that I am applying for exhibit space and that the 2025 Rules and Regulation document linked below and available during the booth purchase process becomes a binding contract upon acceptance of this application by NTCA. I agree to abide by all exhibit terms, conditions and regulations set forth in this application/contract. I further understand that NTCA may reject this application for any reason, in its sole discretion.

Housing
Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims
There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NTCA and offer a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. The only official housing booking site is through NTCA. If you are contacted by anyone else, let NTCA know at [email protected].
Note: The housing link will be sent to Star Partners in late October. Housing will be posted on the RTIME website and open to everyone November 13.
Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund of your booth purchase, you must cancel in writing by close of business December 13, 2024. Cancellations must be submitted via email to NTCA. Cancellations received after December 13, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund. This also applies to any additional items purchased as part of the booth sale, including additional personnel badges.
