  • For the fastest support, download the mobile app or use the website to request a doctor visit. Go to the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android) to download the app.
  • Before your first visit, set up your account and provide a brief medical history. This will accelerate your request and help Teladoc doctors prepare for your virtual visit. You can set up your account through either the app or website.
  • Make an appointment through the app, website or by calling 1-800-TELADOC (835-2362).
