The Business Network Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IT services and support to CTC business members. The main responsibilities of this role will be installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CTC business members premise network equipment and services. The Business Network Specialist will work closely with CTC business members and CTC Teams to understand their CTC managed network needs, proactively identify potential issues, and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives.
