North Plains Utility Contracting (NPUC) is a utility construction company located in Devils Lake, ND and owned by NDTC (Devils Lake, ND); Dakota Central (Carrington, ND); United Communications (Langdon, ND); and Polar Communications (Park River, ND).
NPUC performs much of the underground construction for its owner companies as well as other utility companies in the area.
