General Summary
Maintains the upkeep and maintenance of company buildings and grounds. Duties include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, landscape, sprinkler systems and coordinating with contractors.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintains the upkeep and maintenance of company buildings and grounds.
- Maintains buildings by inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical and building fixtures as needed.
- Maintains grounds through mowing, shredding, weed control, watering, pressure washing, and disposing of trash.
- Maintains the upkeep of landscape throughout the property or properties.
- Repairs yards and fences as needed. • Oversee the maintenance of the company fleet vehicles.
- May construct outbuildings and storage sheds using hand and power tools.
- May assist warehouse or other departments in various tasks when needed.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must be able to lift and carry loads of at least 50 lbs.
- May assist Installer/Repairer technicians upon request.
- May perform custodial duties when needed.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by management.
