Consolidated Telephone Company, recently named a “Top 200 Workplace” by the Star Tribune, is looking for a Outside Plant Resident Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
The Outside Plant Engineer designs, prepares, and maintains maps to accurately document CTC facilities. This individual is responsible for monitoring and reporting on construction progress along with performing on-site inspection to ensure contractors are conforming with project specifications. They will utilize GIS software to prepare layouts and detail drawings in addition to providing timely utility permits with accurate designs to accompany projects. They will develop and maintain a filing system for copies of engineering drawings and related materials.
