Self-Parking Option

There is a public parking garage connected to the hotel and managed by the city. This garage is independent from the hotel and has a two-night maximum for overnight parking. Commons Garage, 60 Beattie Place.

TSA Identification Requirements for Airline Travel

As of May 7, 2025, the federal government is enforcing the Real ID Act, which may impact your travel plans. To ensure a smooth experience at security checkpoints, please take the time to verify that your ID meets the new requirements. NTCA strongly encourages all attendees to review the Real ID guidelines ahead of time to avoid any travel disruptions. For more information about the Real ID requirements, visit: Real ID.

Additionally, beginning February 1, 2026, TSA will introduce Confirm.ID, a modernized and secure process to confirm identity before flying. Using Confirm.ID, travelers will be able to pay $45 for this alternative identity verification system, which is valid for a 10-day travel period.
