Registration Policy

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all in-person conference events.  

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. 

What is included in conference registration?

Member and nonmember registration includes access to conference events, including general and breakout sessions, receptions, luncheons, and networking events.

Bundle registrations include all conference elements noted above and the OSHA Seminar, which takes place following the conclusion of the conference, beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5.

OSHA-Only registration includes only the OSHA Seminar, beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5.

*Additional fee applies to attend the OSHA Seminar and the special events.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via Member Central or email to [email protected]. Cancellations submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 23, 2026, will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between June 24, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. ET on July 7, 2026, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted on or after July 8, 2026, and unclaimed registrations are not eligible for a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another employee to attend the same conference but cannot be used to cover the cost of other NTCA events.
