Vice President of Customer Experience, Pivot

Aaryn Slafky, CXS, has 25+ years in the broadband and utility industries. She is vice president of customer experience for Pivot, a marketing/CX company of NRTC, dedicated to the communications industry. She guides clients through transformations in how they serve members and the experiences delivered. Before Pivot, she oversaw sales/marketing/customer service for Randolph Communications, a co-op in North Carolina and was NTCA’s communications director, working with members in public relations, marketing and other communications initiatives. She lives in Asheboro, North Carolina, with her husband, two kids and dog Charley.
