Aaryn Slafky, CXS, has 25+ years in broadband. She is vice president of customer experience for Pivot, a marketing/CX agency dedicated to the broadband industry. She guides clients through transformations in how they serve customers and the experiences delivered. Before Pivot, she oversaw sales/marketing/customer service for Randolph Communications and was NTCA’s communications director. She is passionate about helping broadband providers deliver engaging, meaningful interactions with customers and employees alike.
