Vice President, WordSouth
Andy Johns is the vice president for the telecommunications division of WordSouth — a content marketing company. In addition to working directly with a number of clients, Andy is responsible for the overall editorial process of the regional telco magazine. Before coming to WordSouth four years ago, Andy was an award-winning writer at the Chattanooga Times Free Press, the Anniston Star and the Rome News Tribune. He studied communications with a concentration in journalism at Berry College and received his MBA with a marketing focus from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He’s a professional balloon artist, certified barbecue judge and a bad ukulele player. He lives in Chattanooga, Tenn.
