Chris Townson serves as the CEO of DTC Communications and its competitive affiliates. DTC is a member-owned provider of telecommunications services headquartered in Alexandria, Tennessee. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Covenant College and an MBA from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. For more than 23 years Chris has served in the rural telecommunications industry holding positions in outside plant, information systems, industry relations and government affairs, customer service, support and sales. He serves as a director of the TTA, TRCCA, and iRis Networks, and as vice president of Nehemiah Teams Inc., a nonprofit Christian-based ministry. Chris and his wife Melissa live with their two boys in Lascassas, Tennessee.
