David Raucher is responsible for all IT functions and Infrastructure in the CHR network, including multiple data centers, client facing software as a service environment, network engineering, cybersecurity and server engineering. He came to CHR Solutions with a broad base of expertise in building and implementing critical networks and managing technical teams in 24x7 operational environments. David has comprehensive experience in directing technical resources, network engineering, Cisco certifications, network security, ERP systems and enterprise IT support. His articles on networking and security have appeared in Inc.com, CNN.com, and Business Tips magazines. David was a captain in the U.S. Army Signal Corps and is a distinguished graduate of the Virginia Military Institute.
