Jennifer Prather, CPA is the CEO of Totelcom Communications LLC, a rural broadband and telecommunications company headquartered in De Leon, Texas. In addition to her role at Totelcom, Jennifer serves as a board member of National Telcom Corp. and Telcom Insurance Services Corp. and as a trustee on the NTCA Retirement and Security Program and Savings Plan trust committee. She serves as a board member and officer of TTA. She has a robust resume of legislative advocacy including two appearances before the House Agriculture Committee.
