Kimberly Nunnally is the Vice President of People for NTCA and works from the association's Asheville, N.C., location. Kimberly is responsible for leading human resources functions including recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and employee relations. With more than 25 years of human resources management experience, Kimberly has had the privilege of working with many NTCA members on their HR policies and practices and speaking at a variety of conferences on HR topics. Kimberly received her bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University and her JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Kimberly is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Western North Carolina Human Resources Association and is certified a Senior Certified Profession (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management. Kimberly loves spending time outdoors hiking or running in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina with her husband and three children.
