Leif Oveson oversees legislative and government affairs for NTCA. Prior to joining NTCA in 2009, Leif worked in both the Senate and House of Representatives. He spent three years as a Research Assistant for Sen. Tim Johnson and four years as the Senior Legislative Assistant for Congresswoman Stephanie Herseth Sandlin, working on a variety of policy issues including telecommunications.
