Peter Bromaghim's practice focuses on all aspects of trademark law, in addition to copyright, domain name and related intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience in trademark selection, clearance, and portfolio strategies. He oversees the prosecution of trademark applications domestically and internationally and heads up global enforcement matters involving many famous marks. He also handles many opposition and cancellation matters before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and assists with federal trademark litigation.

Peter also has substantial experience drafting trademark and copyright-related agreements. He frequently counsels on copyright and domain name issues and has handled numerous successful UDRP arbitration cases. He also regularly addresses matters involving social media, online advertising and other new technologies that pose challenges to traditional IP protection and enforcement.

He began his career as a trademark examining attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, making determinations on thousands of trademark applications and representing the office in ex parte appeals, prior to entering private practice.
