Robert Dowling is the director of research development at Auburn University’s Huntsville Research Center in Huntsville, Ala. where he is responsible for working with researchers to solve challenging problems, including cyber risk management, for government and commercial customers. Prior to joining Auburn last fall, Robert worked for Dynetics where he was the lead for commercial cyber risk management solutions and focused on providing cyber risk management solutions to the rural broadband community. Robert served on the NTCA Associate Member Advisory Council and has been a frequent speaker for the rural broadband industry.
